DAVID TENNANT JUST SAID THAT HE'S LEAVING DOCTOR WHO AT THE END OF THE 2009 SPECIALS.
HOLY CROW, GIVE A FANGIRL SOME WARNING.
WHO WILL REPLACE HIM?
WHAT WILL MOFFATT DO NOW?

Okay, I should have been expecting it.
I actually predicted he'd quit when RTD and Julie Gardener and Phil Collinson would, so I shouldn't be this shocked. I think announcing it on the NTA awards was a little out-of-the-blue though!! Think of the poor fangirls.

Huzzah for the win of Doctor Who and Tennant though - they deserve it. :)
And The Stig collecting the Top Gear award really made my year. Hysterical.

I just found out, about a minute ago. Ahh, that's going to be really hard to get used to. I just wish he could have stayed on for Moffat's first year.

Man, I'm going to miss him.

I'd have loved to see Tennant and Moffatt work together, but I can understand why he's quiting after the specials. Otherwise he'd never leave!
Well, the best of luck to him, I guess.

I'll miss him, but I hope the new Doctor will not disapoint.

It was a bit of out the blue, though with the NTA being as watched as it is, I guess it makes a good place for an announcement! XD The Beeb have known since like July, so he's waited a while!

I'll miss him terribly, but I'm excited for a new Doctor!

And the Stig's bit was the best thing ever tonight, seriously. Funniest. Thing.

I think it was a tad shocking, but a good place to announce the leaving. I think practically everyone watches the NTA awards, and with Tennant himself announcing it, there can't be anyone insisting it's all a lie.

I am very very worried on who will replace him. I hope they pick someone good!!

Holy crow, The Stig. I was in hysterics when he went up to the stage. The letter was fantastic!!!

...Um, I think I'm going to Tom's.... I haven't spoken to Penny yet and I haven't got a clue where he lives. But I'll see what I can do.

I seriously think I almost fainted. I sort of guessed he would leave at the end of next year, but c'mon, I was NOT expecting it to be announced the way it was. And bless, he really looked like he was about to start crying.
What do you think to the David Morrisey thing? Is it so obvious that it's obviously true? ^_^

I think I nearly fainted too. I ran closer to the TV and I was shaking in disbelief!
He looked really sad, didn't he? I like he knew what this announcement would do to the people watching. Aw, bless him.

David Morrisey? Nah, there's got to be some sort of twist in there somewhere. Atleast I hope so - I hate it when things get too obvious.
